POLICIES
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you do so no less then 48 hours prior to appointment time. Cancellations less then 48 hours prior to appointment will result in 50% of the service cost being due.
No call - No shows will result in 100% of the scheduled service being due.
Covid
We take your safety and health seriously and strive to provide top notch cleaning practices along with great hair. We ask that you do your part and reschedule your appointment if not feeling well or have been exposed to covid.
